Kailash Mansarovar Yatra Package by Helicopter from Lucknow

Day 1 : Lucknow- Nepalgunj

Arrive at Lucknow and drive to Nepalgunj. It will take 3 hours to reach Nepalgunj. Reach Nepalgunj and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay in Nepalgunj.

Day 2 : Nepalgunj-Simikot

After early morning breakfast get ready to board a flight to Simikot. Within 45 minutes you will reach Simikot. Check-in hotel in Simikot. Overnight stay in Simikot.

Day 3 : Simikot-Hilsa-Taklakot (Burang)

After breakfast fly to Hilsa. Arrive at Hilsa and and take 45 minutes trek trail to reach Sher with the assistance of our team. Reach Sher and complete all the required immigration formalities. Move to Taklakot(Purang) and check-in hotel. Overnight stay in Taklakot.

Day 4 : Taklakot

Day 4 is kept free so that you can relax and acclimatize with high altitude and climatic conditions of Taklakot. All day you need to do nothing and just prepare yourself for the Kailash Mansarovar tour. In the evening you can explore the local markets of Taklakot.

Day 5 : Taklakot - Mansarovar lake

After breakfast move to Chui Gompa and the exotic Rakshas Tal. Enjoy the picturesque view of the lake and nearby locations. Reach Lake Mansarovar and take a holy dip in the water. Later move in guesthouse. Overnight stay in pre-booked guesthouse near the Lake Mansarovar.

Day 6 : Mansarovar – Tarboche (Shershong)- Dirapuk

In the morning drive to Tarboche which is a 35 kms drive. Midway visit Yam Dwar. One has to pass through the Yam Dwar to reach Mt. Kailash. Cross the gates and drive towards Tarboche. Now you can commence Kailash Kora (Parikarma).It will be the first day of your circumambulation and for the trek you can hire a Yak or do it by foot. On the trek to Dirapuk you will get to see the breathtaking view of Mount Kailash’s North face. Enjoy overnight stay in a camp in Dirapuk.

Day 7 : Dirapuk - Zuthulphuk

The day is going to be challenging as the trek is going to be very arduous. So be ready mentally and physically. As you trek to Mt. Kailash you will reach Dolma La Pass (trek’s highest point). After that you will move down and reach Gauri Kund. You can relax at the beautiful Gauri Kund valley. Arrive at Zuthulphuk and move to camp/guesthouse pre-booked for you. Overnight stay in Zuthulphuk.

Day 8 : Zuthulphuk – Darchen - Taklakot

In the morning after breakfast began the downhill trek to Darchen which is a three-four hours trek. Reach Darchen and board the vehicle. Arrive at Lake Mansarovar. Later drive to Taklakot. Overnight stay in hotel/guesthouse in Taklakot.

Day 9 : Taklakot - Simikot - Nepalgunj - Lucknow

Wake up early and drive to China-Nepal border. Clear all the custom formalities and move to Hilsa. From Hilsa drive back to Simikot and board the connecting flight to Nepalgunj. Reach Nepalgunj and proceed towards Lucknow. Kailash Mansarovar Tour ends.
