Kottarakkara Sree Mahaganapathi Kshethram is a famous pilgrim centre located 25 km from Kollam. It is believed to be centuries old, and one of the most revered Maha Ganapathi Temple in Kerala. The devotees perform the Vidyarambham of their little ones.
